A Bit About Carlotta
I am passionate about helping small businesses pay the least amount of taxes legally possible. I have been in love with taxes since I was just 9 years old, when I read the IRS booklet and was hooked. My dream job while growing up was to work for the IRS – and I made that dream happen. (See more on my about page). After starting my ministry and leaving the IRS, I realized to serve more people I had to transform my ministry into a business.
How We Work
It was tough for me to transition my ministry into a business – but I knew that in order to be able to serve more people, it was the necessary next step. And, it has been an amazing step! In fact, Carlotta Thompson & Associates has grown so much we are helping hundreds of small businesses.
In order to effectively help all of these businesses exactly as if it was me sitting across from them. So, I created a framework to recreate my thought process that every one of my employees uses. What does this mean? You’re getting my brain power and processes I have developed over the years for a completely affordable rate.

How to Work 1-1 with Carlotta
If you feel like you’re just needing one on one time with me directly, I do offer private consults on a limited basis. To work directly with me, I require that you have a pre-interview call with someone on my team to determine if you’re a correct fit.
If we decide to move forward together, my personal private rate is $10,000 per session.
